Shiloh Business Park

The Town has approved a request to develop a light industrial business park on a 45-acre site located at 790 Shiloh Road (APN 059-271-095). The Shiloh Business Parkproject includes three one-story buildings with 476,686+/- total square feet with flex spaces to accommodate up to 15 tenants. The parcel will be subdivided into four lots. Illuminated wall signs will face Highway 101. The buildings are separated from Highway 101 by a 140-foot-wide conservation easement. Access to the site would be provided via an extension of Pruitt Avenue through to Aviation Boulevard.
