Planning Permit Center
Windsor's Planning Division is transitioning to online applications through our new system, eTRAKiT. Applicants can apply online, upload plans and supporting documents, review and respond to reviewers comments, pay fees, and review the status of Planning applications.
Currently, staff is requiring online applications for the following projects:
- Home Occupation Permit
- Short-Term Rental License
- Temporary Use Permit
- Tree Removal Permit
To get started, proceed to the Self-Service Portal and click on "Planning Projects." From that page, you can set up an account. If you have previously applied for a Building Permit online, use the same account for both the Planning and Building Divisions. For further assistance or questions, connect with Planning staff at 707-838-1021 or planning@townofwindor.ca.gov.
