Thank you for your interest in doing business with the Town of Windsor. The Town invites you to register as a potential supplier and to find out about current and future bid or proposal opportunities.

Both formal and informal solicitations may be processed through our online system. All responses are due at or before the time shown on each solicitation. Late responses cannot be accepted. It is the bidder's/proposer's responsibility to ensure that the most complete and current version of the solicitation, including addenda, has been downloaded.

Uniform Construction Cost Accounting

The Town of Windsor invites all interested licensed contractors to submit their company information for inclusion on the Town’s Qualified Informal Bidders Contractor List. When a project is to be awarded via the informal bidding process, contractors that are registered on the Town’s Qualified Informal Bidders Contractor List for the category of work being bid will be notified.
