Map & Plan Review Procedures

Purpose

This is a general overview for processing maps and plans, most specifically for subdivisions. The applicant should refer to the Resolution of Approval for the requirements for each project. Important Terms

Map - A final subdivision or parcel map

Plans - Improvement plans, civil plans, construction plans, etc.

Inspection - Inspections made by the Public Works Inspector
